I had an appointment today @ 11 A.M. but when I showed up around 10:30 A.M. the office was closed but when I messaged my hair stylist she offered me a free haircut! It only cost me $85. I absolutely love my new black hair color and haircut! Even though I had to wait for a bit this morning overall I'm absolutely in love with the services I received today! Thanks! ❤️
My best friend booked this salon for her wedding. She was to have her hair and makeup done and hair for her bridal party. She paid the deposit months in advance, communicated with the owner several times and went to have a trial run the week prior to her wedding. The day of her wedding they show up for their appointment and the salon was closed!!!! It took nearly 20 minutes to get a hold of someone via Facebook then the owner pays a girl from another salon to go help the wedding party who is now at the venue at this point. The owner didn't even do it herself as was originally intended as she is who did the trial. The other hair stylist finally showed up but no makeup artist at all. The bride was forced to have a friend do what they could for her makeup and her ceremony was delayed 30 minutes because of this. Absolutely unacceptable for this to occur and there is literally NO excuse in the world for this. This is someone's wedding and this salon caused so much stress and tears that a bride should never have to experience on their big day. I do not recommend anyone go to this salon!!!
